Plates
Steel plate is a flattened piece of steel that is greater than 1/4″ in thickness and comes in a variety of sizes. Steel plates are easily weldable, drillable, and formable. They are used in construction for base plates on columns, flitch plates, connection plates on beams, and many other usages.
Available Grades
- Steel plates available in ASTM A-36, ASTM A-572, ASTM A-588, & ASTM 516-GR70
- Abrasion resistant steel plates available in AR400, AR450, AR500, & T-1 Type B to ASTM A-514 Grade H
